Next sunday it’s Derby-day in Denmark at Charlottenlund Racetrack and we’re represented by B G Pastor Jonte in the 12th race with Thomas Uhrberg in the bike.
In his last start B G Pastor Jonte finished sixth in the swedish championship for female drivers, but hopefully he’s better this time.

Saturday Golden C N and Flemming Jensen will start in Dansk Hoppe Derby at Charlottenlund Racetrack!
She was third in the qualification and has number 11 behind the gate.
Golden C N is not one of the favourites, but on the other hand, Flemming Jensen know the horses much better and we’re expecting both a good race and a nice prize.
The distance in Dansk Hoppe Derby is 2000 meter and the first prize 354.000 DKK.

The two broodmares Supreme og Venice du Donjon were both bought back on the recently internet-auction, men after the auction Venice du Donjon (photo) was sold to the danish breeder Bo Jondahl.
We still have Supreme, who is in foal by Call Me Keeper.
Recently we bought 50 % in the 4-yo trotter Golden C N (Thomas Lind-Holm, Stutteri Dust owns the other half) and today she made a strong performance in her first start for Flemming Jensen finishing third in her qualification for “Dansk Hoppe Derby” (Derby for Fillies).
She got a good position from the start – second on the outside, which became third on the outside when the later winner Gaby Kyvsgård made her attack after the first 800 meter.
Golden C N made HER attack with 5-600 meters left, men Gaby Kyvsgård and Gloria Line were too good and she finished third in 1.14,1a/2000 meter.
Next start will be in Dansk Hoppe Derby on August 27th.

Two of our broodmares, Supreme (S J’s Caviar) and Venise Du Donjon (Coktail Jet), has been signed up for the next internetauction on Travet.dk starting today, Tuesday, August 9th at 7 p.m. The auction is running till August 11th at 7 p.m.
Supreme is in foal by Call Me Keeper and Venise Du Donjon is in foal by Father Patrick.

Recently we got the change to become co-owner of one of the best 4-yo fillies in Denmark, Golden C N, when the to owners, Thomas Lind-Holm and Hans Jacobsen, decided to “split up” their horses.
We bought Hans Jacobsens share and now we’re looking to be a part of Golden C N’s journey, where Dansk Hoppe Derby is the main goal for this season.
In the future Golden C N will be trained by Flemming Jensen in Aalborg.

Saturday night B G Pastor Jonte was racing at Solänget in Sweden in the final of “Dam-SM” (Swedish championship for female drivers), but eventhough he made a very strong performance, he only finished sixth.
Jennifer Persson was very offensive from the start, but unfortunately B G Pastor Jonte was “left” in third position and stayed there for the rest of the race!
He tried to get to the lead in the middle of the race, but didn’t succeed and finished sixth (11.500 SEK) in 1.14,3a/2140 meter.
After the race Jennifer wrote that it was her fault; she should have chosen a more deffensive tactic from the start – but we just have to realize, that B G Pastor Jonte doesn’t have the racing luck in the big races.

Our swedish 1-yo gelding Luckisanattitude (Face Time Bourbon-Bring Me Luck U S) goes in the ring at the danish Derbyauction (“Derbyauktionen”) at Charlottenlund Racetrack on August 26th this year. Currently he’s standing at Silvårka Stuteri in Sweden.

Luckisanattitude (SE) was bred by Panamera Racing, but last year we bought his mother Bring Me Luck U S (Kadabra). In april she foaled with a wonderful colt, Isaac Wynn by International Moni and Bring Me Luck U S is now in foal by Readly Express.

B G Pastor Jonte (top photo) from Flemming Jensens stable made a strong performance tuesday night at Solvalla in a qualification for “Dam-SM” (Swedish Championship for Female Drivers).
The winner (Comes With Age) took over after 500 meter with B G Pastor Jonte on the outside. 500 meter in 1.10,2 and 1000 meter in 1.12,4.
B G Pastor Jonte and driver Jennifer Persson was “hanging on” the whole race and was only beaten by a lenght in 1.13,3a/2140 meter, so he’s ready for the final in “Dam-SM” at Solänget on juli 23rd.

We also started Targaryan in a race for 3-yo fillies with Björn Goop.
She made a good race and was not more the four-five length from the winner, but only finished fourth in 1.15,9/2140 meter.

We have invested in another broodmare in the USA – the 4-yo Father Patrick-mare Spirited Chic (US) (CLICK on the name for more information).
Spirited Chic represents some of the strongest blodlines in both american and european trotting.
Her mother, Spirit of Casey (Chocolatier), is a half sister (2nd dam is Hambletonian Oaks-winner Marita’s Victory, 1.10,9a-$ 666.000) as the two top stallions Quite Easy U S (Andover Hall)(sire of Slide So Easy og 16 other horses with more than 1 mill. SEK) and From Above U.S. (Donato Hanover).
Spirited Chic will not be bred this year.
