Diabolic Hill in 1.08,7!

3-yo DIABOLIC HILL (US) (archive photo) – co-bred with Thomas Lind-Holm, Stutteri Dust and trained by Annie Stoebe – made an amazing performance fridag at The Meadowlands, where he finished second behind the top-favourite Apex in 1.50,3 (1.08,7) in the New Jersey Sire Stakes Final! 

Diabolic Hill was the fastest and got the lead going into the first turn, but soon after had to give way to American Power.

However, Todd McCarthy quickly went into the second lane and took the lead again, but soon after Apex was in front and stayed there for the rest of the race.

Second place gave $ 56,250 (363,000 DKK) and thus Diabolic Hill has earned $ 59,250 this year.

Montana Wynn was sick

MONTANA WYNN (DK) was the favorite (22:10) in Friday’s first race at Spar Nord Arena in Aalborg and was good from the start, where he was forced towards the front.

The first 500 meters went after 1.12.4, but when he has to go down to the front, there is a tight situation and he makes a break. 

Montana Wynn is quickly put into a trot and sits third in the inner lane, but with 6-700 meters left Jeppe Juel notices that something is not as it should be and stopped driving. 

Montana Wynn came in with a very high pulse, so according to the circle around him, he was sick on the day.

We hope for a speedy recovery.

Madame in new record

Thursday 3-yo MADAME (SE) (former Britney Wynn) started in a 3-yo fillyrace at Aby, where she set a new record with a time of 1.14.3a/2140 meters, but unfortunately it was only enough for the fourth place (15,000 SEK).

Madame with her trainer Gustav Johansson in the bike had a nice race as third on the inside most of the journey.

In the middle of the last turn she tried an attack, but eventhough Madame kept the pace to the finishline, she had to settle for fourth place.

The outsider Countess led from start to finish (1.10.9/500 meters and 1.13.9/1000 meters) and won easily in 14.0.

Leo Wynn ready for Jydsk 4-årings Grand Prix!

By placing third in the 4-year-old test, LEO WYNN (DK) qualified yesterday to start the first major race of the year for 4-year-olds, Jydsk 4-årings Grand Prix at Jydsk Racecourse in Aarhus!

Leo Wynn (starting lane 2) had a good start and ended up as the first horse in the second lane, which after about 500 meters became second on the outside.

The first kilometer was passed in 1:19.4 with the big favorite Lee Marvin in front.

Jeppe Juel was able to stay in second on the outside until the run-out, where Leo Wynn finished well and was close to catching Latenightcap in the fight for second place, but he had to settle for third place in 1:16.7a/2360 meters.

Hattrick for Levi Wynn

LEVI WYNN (SE) (Trainer: Flemming Jensen) has really found the tune and Wednesday evening at Spar Nord Arena in Aalborg he won his third win in a row – this time with Birger Jørgensen in the bike.

It was “full power” from start from starting lane 8, and out of the first turn Levi Wynn was able to take over the lead. The first 500 meters were completed at an 11-pace.

After that, the pace was slowed to 1.14.6/1000 meters and Levi Wynn kept the pace all the way to the finish to a very easy victory in 1.15.0a/2140 meters.

The victory was Levi Wynn’s third in a row and with a first prize of 10,000 DKK he has now earned 97,936 DKK.

Vince Wynn: Second in first start

3-yo VINCE WYNN (SE) delivered a really nice performance in his debut on Tuesday evening at Färjestad, where he came second (17,500 SEK) in 1.17.0/2140 meters for his trainer, Andreas Lövdal.

From starting lane 9, Vince Wynn had a nice race as fourth on the outside. The eventual winner, Rebel Invicta, led from start to finish (1.18.3/500 meters and 1.18.3/1000 meters).

Into the last turn, Vince Wynn joined the attack in the third lane. He finished strongly, but had no chance against the winner, who won in 16.6.

Vince Wynn is the only offspring of Norwegian-bred Wow N.O. so far. She has not been in foal this year and has now been bred to Calgary Games.
