French Omelette in excellent finish

French Omelette (trainer: Mattias Djuse) made an excellent performance finishing second (30.000 SEK) wednesday in a fillyrace at Åby (Sweden) in 1.13,8a/1640 meter with Magnus A. Djuse in the bike.

She got a perfect race as second on the outside.

In the last turn French Omelette made her attack and finished second behind the winner, who was leading all the way (1.11,8/500 meter og 1.14,7/1000 meter).

Last start for Targaryan!

Wednesdat at Åby (Sweden) Targaryan startet in a fillyrace wiht her trainer Flemming Jensen in the bike.

She had a nice start as first on the outside, but in the first turn Flemming Jensen chose fourth on the inside. First 1000 meter in 1.16,9.

In the middle of the race Targaryan was changed to fourth on the outside and in the last turn she tried for an attack, but soon she got tired and finished in the last half of the field in 1.16,7a/2640 meter.

After the race we decided that this was the last start for Targaryan!

She had a lot of potential, but never turned out to that racehorses we’d expected.

On the other hand, we can’t be disapointed with Targaryan.

Efter her worldrecord of 1.13,0/2660 meter on a cold october night at Åby, we decided to send Targaryan to France – hoping that the french startingsystem combined with the longer races would be perfect for her.

However, destiny was not on our side. Before she was “accllimatized” Tomas Malmqvist lost his training-license, so we had to take her home again. That trip was not good for her – it was far from perfect and I guess she never got back on track.

Targaryan will now become a broodmare – either at our farm or somewhere else, but no matter what, she’s very interesting as a daughter of Varenne and Armbro Vioce.

Targaryan (1.13,3am/1.13,9l-296.282 DKK) has won seven races in 32 starts.

We’re allowing us self to dream big

In harness it’s usual to take the small and “distant” victories on the positivlist.

Saturday afternoon we were cheering along with Naomi Wynn (DK) (photo as a foal above) on Pele Boko in Svensk Uppfödningslöpning 2024 at Jagersro. Pele Boko is by Readly Express and Keshini Boko by Father Patrick and Spirit of Casey. Second dam i Maritas Victory – a winner of $ 666.732 and the dam of Quite Easy U.S. (US), Stock Man Moe (US), From Above (US) etc.

Naomi Wynns bloodlines are identical with Pele Boko: Readly Express and Spirited Chic, a fullsister to Keshini Boko, so we’re allowing us self to dream big – once again!

Noblesse Tile has arrived!

Our new broodmare Noblesse Tile (in foal by Face Time Bourbon) has arrived to the farm and looks very happy – watch video below!

Second straight victory for Nouchka di Quattro!

Tuesday afternoon at Romme Nouchka di Quattro (trainer: Mattias Djuse) took her second victory in a row with Magnus A. Djuse in the bike after a strong performance.

She couldn’t take advantage from the inside position from start, but took over the lead out of the first turn.

Nouchka di Quattro trottet the first 1000 meters in 1.13,7.

She was challenged by the second favourite most of the race, but Nouchka di Quattro defented herself all the way winning in 1.13,6a/2140 meter.

It was quite tough in the end – both the second and third horse arrived at the excactly same time!

With a first price of 30.000 SEK Nouchka Di Quattro – taking her third victory this year in 11 starts – have earned 335.000 SEK in 2024.

New broodmare!

Yesterday at the Travera.nu-online auction we bought the 9-yo norwegian Donato Hanover-broodmare Noblesse Tile in foal by Face Time Bourbon.

Second dam is the swedish “Elitsto” (Elite-broodmare) Giant Rhytm, mother of Giant Diablo (1.08,5a-13,2 mill. SEK) and other great horses.

Donato Hanover as a grandfather is first class and Noblesse Tiles’ own grandfather is Pine Chip, whom to me is very important in the pedigree.

That combined with Noblesse Tile being in foal by Face Time Bourbon, made her very interesting.

Noblesse Tile has four iffsprings so far, including 3-yo Thanksworthy Tile (1.13,9am.174.000 SEK) and 2-yo Ultra Tile (1.15,7ak-134.000 SEK), the winner of Sweden International Yearling Sales Auktionslopp at Åby.

French Omelette in the same time

After a weak performance last time French Omelette (trainer: Mattias Djuse) started monday at Eskilistuna with Magnus A. Djuse in the bike – once again with a bad startingposition (10).

She had a nice race as fourth on the outside – the leading horse trotted the first 500 meter in 1.12,4 and 1000 meter in 1.14,2.

Into the last turn French Omelette made her attack, but eventhough she made a nice performance, she was only 6th (6.500 SEK) in 1.14,8/2640 meter. -exactly the same time as her last race.
